Our November stroke clinic will be on Sunday, November 17th at The Club for Fitness in McKinleyville. The event will be split out into two or three sessions:
- 12U: New to sport/competition through emerging stroke and competitive mindset development / 9:30 to 10:30 p.m.
- 10 to 14-year olds: Competitive Swimmer / Proficient in all (4) Strokes / 10:30 to 11:30 p.m.
- 12&Older: Competitive Swimmer / Film Review in Choice Stroke / TBD
