Lost Coast Aquatics Foundation has been an idea since 2019, but there wasn’t time to put thought to paper and make it happen until now. Coach Nichols has over 20-years of aquatics coaching experience. With stints on the USA Water Polo ODP coaching roster at the Zone and Regional level, two CIF-SS Masters Water Polo Championship programs, as well as Level 3 ASCA Performance and Level 4 Education certification. He does not take for granted the opportunities given as a young coach growing up under the tutelage of incredible coaches in water polo and swimming. Who challenged him to think outside the box in order to find the best path of athletic training for every student-athlete involved in his programming.

   All programming will be student-athlete centric. Working with each member at a level that will reinforce their fundamentals while challenging them to expand their training comfort zone. We will also offer introductory aquatic events for the local community. From private or group lessons to swim clinics & meets, and water polo games. It is important our youth have access to aquatic safety programs, we look forward to adding opportunities in a safe educational environment.
